Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for a part-time role based in Ostrava-Vítkovice, Czech Republic. The role will focus on our Oncology program and will involve tasks such as pre-screening for eligibility, scheduling appointments, data entry, and data validation. The role is expected to last for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-screening potential participants for eligibility
• Scheduling and reminding participants of appointments
• Retrieving medical records
• Networking with referral physicians
• Entering data into the electronic data capture system
• Resolving queries and validating data
• Monitoring compliance with electronic diary entries
• Making retention calls

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in clinical trials
• Advanced English language skills
• Fluent in Czech language
