Hobson Prior are seeking a Clinical Database Programmer for an exciting opportunity to join a medium-sized Pharmaceutical company who specialise in providing pioneering treatments for patients living with rare diseases. This will be a permanent position, located in Switzerland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Programming activities related to the set-up, testing and maintenance of databases.
• Develop and implement processes to support to quality standards and regulation of clinical data in the clinical environment.
• Write and review Data Management specification/documents including Data Management Plans, Data Validation Plans, eCRF specifications, Data Transfer guidelines, etc.
• Complete edit checks and UATs for eCRFs.

Requirements:

• MSc (preferred) or BSc in Computer Science, Programming or a Life Sciences field.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Clinical Database Programming or Database Development, gained within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or CRO industries.
• Prior experience using Oracle Clinical, InForm or another EDC tool.
• Knowledge of CDISC or SAS (preferred, but not required).
• Understanding of global regulatory requirements including ICH GCP and CRF 21.
