Hobson Prior are looking for Business Systems Responsible to join a growing drug discovery and development company who concentrates on developing antibody-based drugs for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, immune-related disorders and cancer. This position can either be located in Geneva or Basel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable to manage user access and administration.
• Handle support cases that comes via the Helpdesk.
• Manage upgrades and requests for enhancements.
• Write Requirement Specification in cooperation with Super Users and Process Owners.
• Coordinate all technical activities related to Changes and Incidents.
• Contact with software vendor for 3rd line support.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for the organisation's Super Users.
• Lead Feasibility studies on Request from various Stakeholders and provide Business cases to System Owners.
• Represent as Project lead for projects when needed.
• Write Requirement Specification in cooperation with Super Users and Process Owners.
• Coordinate all activities related to Changes and Incidents, both technical and Business Process, including User Acceptance Testing and Business Change Management
• Handle Support cases that comes via the Helpdesk.
• You will act as Single point of contact for Global systems.

• A strong team player, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with people of different cultural, seniority and functional backgrounds.

Requirements:

• System administration.
• General knowledge of business processes (Procure to Pay, Project and Distribution).
• Business Analysis.
• Good Communication skills and Stakeholder Management.
• Experience from Risk Management and GxP validation.
• Relevant University level qualification or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Project Management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems preferably IFS.
