Business Process Specialist

An exciting position has arisen within a pharmaceutical organisation who are currently looking for a Business Process Specialist to join them on a contract basis. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for revising, updating and supplementing the existing business process descriptions of individual sub-areas of our subgroup, according to the specifications and descriptions of the convention manual and in technical coordination with the project-coordinating Senior Business Process Manager.
• Aim of the project: to create a complete overview of the relevant company processes down to the level of the sub-processes (WKD level) and to check to what extent detailed information of the next levels (more detailed process descriptions - EPC) is available or to which this needs to be created.
• Independent review, revision and, if necessary, new creation of the process descriptions of entrusted sub-areas.

Requirements:

• Several years of project experience in the areas of business process recording and business process descriptions.
• German and English business fluent.
• Good knowledge of BIC Platform (ARIS / MS Visio).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
