Hobson Prior are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a Swiss global healthcare organisation who are focused on offering medical solutions in order to transform patients' lives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to leaders and other team members, to help achieve commercial targets.
- Coordinate travel and meeting organization in collaboration with internal partners and/or external parties where required.
- Maintain current databases and other IT based software as necessary.
- General office administrative duties including but not limited to supporting procurement processes, assisting team members, departmental moves, office set ups and filing of reports.
- Support line management with confidential HR activities.
- Organise appropriate communications flow for the department.
Key Skills:
- Being well organized, able to effectively prioritise workload and multi-task.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines, occasionally in a short time frame.
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexibly.
- Previous experience working to strict deadlines, in high pressure environments.
