In Germany, Hobson Prior Europe GmbH has a partnership agreement with a labour leasing licence (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz, AÜG) holder, has the ability to audit self-employed (Freiberufle) solutions, meets the obligations of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (German Data Protection Act) and operates under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Germany.
